not going to happen, fermentation is one step toward putrefaction, start doing your own, the fresher the more mild the taste, sometimes, or check local farmers markets for the best product
maybe bury it in a stir fry or cover in peanut sauce, good luck, i never eat the stuff, sometimes pickles from the market, but they are way fucking expensive, $20 a jar iirc
