Fisherman's Martini

Post by MKULTRA » Tue Jun 12, 2018 2:11 pm

I first had this one in the mid 80's with some OG civilian FAA radar dinosaurs at a continuing education school.
Got to say revisiting this one has been an absolute pleasure.

3 fingers of a quality 94 proof London Dry Gin. Brokers is aces.
A dash of orange bitters and a dash of Angastora bitters. Optional.
Shake vigorously in ice and strain when pouring.

The key is olives stuffed with anchovies. This defines the Fisherman's Martini.
A twist of lemon is a perfect option.

Vodka is not for martinis. Not even a consideration.

Interesting. How does it taste?
Rebuilding Toyota Tacoma this summer. Haven't decided which truck bumper to get.
