EGGS! EGGS! EGGS!

Post by inkblot » Wed Jun 13, 2018 2:32 pm

Let's just say I have a knack for eggs, if it's got em I'll eat it. Scrambled, sunny, over-easy... Anyone got some good recipies where eggs are the main focus? Getting pretty tired of eggs on toast and I'm not very creative

Egg Foo Young. Or fried with salsa on top. Or Make breakfast burritos. Fry one with a runny yolk and chop it up over fried rice.
Mayonnaise makes everything, even boring eggs on toast, better. And it's made from eggs, too!

I'd like to try making a curry-based gravy to put on egg foo young with onions and peas and carrots mixed in. I'm sure that's not a "new" idea, but I've never seen it made with curry before myself. Seems like it might be good with rice.

I'm intrigued, guess I should give it a try.

Quiche is God.

Quick and easy recipe:

#1:
take 4 or 5 eggs, crack open, throw shells in compost.
mix with an unspecified quantity of heavy whipping cream (NOT "Kool Whip" !!)
#2:
dump this mixture into a pastry pie crust (I just use frozen ones or whatev.
#3:
Throw cheese at it.
#4:
Bake.
#5:
You'll know its done when you can cut a slice out of it and eat it. So do that.

Options:
Add veggies, meat, bacon, cat hair, legos, etc.
Maybe dip it in A-1 Steak sauce. Why the hell does that sound really good right now? Am I pregnant?
Oh, now I remember; A-1 Steak sauce tastes good on everything, because it makes everything just taste like A-1 Steak sauce. It's like Febreze for your tongue.
