4 pieces made using Merzbow's 1930 as source. (To allow 'noise' credentials) :-)

Have you considered doing split releases?

This can both save you a lot of work and greatly expand the scope of the project.

I considered using the demo patches, but like the videos they demonstrate what is possible, not what 'is'.
I did think of just 'displaying' the object(s)..

I bought some 'not working for parts' synths over the summer for this idea...

but then decided on doing similar with sound - just 'what is'. Initially just a note from each patch, but maybe latter all notes?
(But then in what order? I did do a similar thing with a beatles midi file and several piano patches as a CD awhile ago,,)
So the demo videos are moving in a different way - to what you can do rather than what is.

Well it would be comparatively easy to automate the whole process. Computer program - midi.. But in this case i wanted to make the sounds in real time, minimally. Still thinking / writing about this - but i suppose its aboiut miniml performance also. (the theory follows the 'thing' - in my case). Working on a couple of papers...

Do you have those preset recordings somewhere as MP3 downloads?
Are they all recorded with you pressing C key?
Can you throw all of the Voreinstellungen into archive for download from your site?
That makes for great sampler source with some editing/isolating/loops then pitch/keymapping/zoning for keyboard...

* You should be able to download from Sound Cloud...

* Yes in the main middle C. (I think some of the JV1010 might not be?) But from
then on middle C

So far 3 zip files with MP3s

The intention is to work through others... nice long ongoing project.

have done it before making sample libraries from Hardware for Software/Hardware
sampling all the presets some with multiple octaves of C for remapping
way easier than making convolution reverb impulses
yet time consuming.............................................................
have some old software around here that does it automatic with midi
used to be obsessed with making sample libraries
if have some mythical extra time will chop up preset sounds/loop/samples from your machines
Thanks for sharing
