Cheers Crochambeau, I've plugged everything in a zillion different ways since my last post, added a couple of pedals, taken away the synths. Having fun with it, nice one!
Just joined the forum myself and was also looking at a set up with the Volcas, can I ask why you removed them from your set up?

I'm asking because I have a marshall amp which don't won't to blow up by sticking something in there that shoud be there
what exactly is the difference between a contact mic and a regular one?
pretty much none of it will be stuff that's "meant" to be there, just play away :) Marshall's are usually solid enough to take it. I'm using a Peavy Max115 bass amp with no problems if that helps though.

If it's a Marshall with tubes, they can be sensitive to having speakers attached properly, but the input side doesn't really care what's connected.
I think trying to quantify music is one of the biggest wastes of time in the world, like discussing your favourite colour or deity or pizza topping. People should realise that and get on with their life.

I suppose a lot of these are more suited for the "devices" topic. Also having trouble uploading more than three attachments per post.

I think a lot of forums cap at three attachments, never tried on this one.

This reminds me of one of those busy boards for kids. I loved vegging out with those as a kid. Cool idea.

i know it's gear porn but you don't need to be fapping in the exact moment you take the picture.
