In what way is it Clemon-esque? If anything Tim using the word "real" to mean a device that has carrier inputs is something that Clemon would do because only he would know what he means... well although in Clemon's case Luke probably doesn't actually know what he means.

I'm sure there is some other "real" important noise/internet forum crime you could be solving besides this.

Demanding rigorous specific and hyper-logical uses of words in casual, off-the-cuff conversation is clemon-esque.

It's obvious that by "real hardware" tim just meant "hardware." Like really obvious. He was typing casually and, like a human being, didn't feel the need to justify every single word in strict logical terms. Welcome to conversation.

yes, xdugef is acting out the definition of the word "pedantic" by criticizing the mico-logic of word usage in casual conversation. you were probably trying to take a jab at me but that's because you don't know what those words you used actually mean.

Well they also rhyme

I was about to define them but that doesn't matter since anyone outside looking in would and should be skeptical given the multitude of online dictionaries.

So yeah, you "win"

Needing me to explain this to you so you can pinch a loaf over it is an example of you being pedantic and a twat.
