Boss Tera Echo

yall seen dis shit?

I blame Post-Rock and Shoegaze's current trendiniess, and because I'm a douche, that pisses me off.

Still want one, though. Granted, it's kind of just a gimmicky preset box...

Also, apparently they have two other new pedals as well., Haven't checked them out yet, though.

I heard about these on a few guitar forums. They look interesting and I love the name of it. Nice name drops too.

I may have to give one of these a try. I'm currently saving up for a EHX Holiest Grail. But I love modulated reverbs.

Has anyone got one of these?

Currently watching one on e-bay that I could pick up locally for a reasonable 2nd hand price.

Kinda tempted.

"Gimmicky preset box" seems pretty fair, but I'm interested in hearing it solo in a loop.

Doesn't seem flexible enough, that's the primary problem. Also, expensive. Why buy a one trick pony BOSS when you can grab several decently sounding multi-effect pedals for the same money.
Stuff from Iron Ether, or Earthquaker, or the Moogerfoogers, OK, I get it. But BOSS can fuck off. If I wanted hipster-shimmer, I'd get Zoom MS-70CDR which costs less and can do way more.

I own one. And its sound in a feedback loop on a mixer is just fabulous. Made a tutorial on this forum on a technique using solely a cheap behringer mixer, microphones, a volume pedal and the Tera Echo.

I also made an album with that technique but with another mixer and some other pedals.
