The length of each revolution becomes progressively shorter as the stylus approaches the runout groove. So the tracks are going to get shorter and shorter.

y'know the record rotates at the same speed regardless of where the needle is so technically the length in time of the loop is basically the same despite being nearer or farther from the center. However the physical length of the actual groove is indeed different and this effects the "resolution" the longer the groove the more the "resolution". More information is crammed into the grooves towards the center of the record. However the needle will take the same amount of time to translate through the longer outer groove as the it will the shorter inner groove.
