get a computer! ableton lets you add a crossfade automatically. just press record to start and press it again to loop. no clicks. you can have unlimited channels. you can save your work too. holla.

the crystal will always generate electricity when compressed or decompressed. it is a transducer. any two metal electrodes touching the crystal will conduct that force. piezo mics rely on the mass of the metal disc to be at a perfect ratio to the weight of the crystal. 3 to 1 for example. this allow...

should I build a triwave picogenerator?

I have a stripboard layout that I did. I'm probably gonna build it and sell it to fund new projects. would anybody be interested in something like this or do you think it is a waste of time? there are 23 knobs on this thing. it is a pretty big project.

yeah I get it now. there are diode junctions on the input pins of the IC that still go to ground always while it is receiving a clock or address or something. it also could change the impedance of the other rom while it is being powered on and off. are you thinking that there could be some flyback i...

I was referring to two humbuckers out of phase to each other not individual coils of a humbucker out of phase. although it never hurts to experiment.

silicon Vf is more like 0.7v in my experience but 0.6v is close enough. most guitars with passive pickups will not have an output greater than +/-0.7v anyway so there is no way you will get through a 1.4v drop. I agree with what has been said. it will just be a phaser. there are other ways to wire y...

so what about when you power the HR-16 on and off, are you not doing the same thing to the chip cutting power and whatnot? it would only shorten life span as much as you flip the switch. rom switch is to life span what power switch already is.

TRIP-TRIP-TRIP...TRIPPLE POST!

here is the datasheet for one of the roms
http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datashe ... 034_DS.pdf
V+ is pin 28
V- is pin 14

the answer is to lift pin 28 and connect it to a switch. you can not use a switch for the data because there are 8 data lines.

so many people in oakland CA have 808's, and other cool shit. is it something about oakland that makes people collect them? also, maybe totally too much for just a kick drum but what about an acidlab miami. it is an exact clone of an 808 for $1400 new. or maybe get a simons SD8 or SD9 on ebay? you n...

mute switch is a button wired from input tip to ground. add that to your passive mixer.
