you can loop the pre made sound clip very easily by hooking up the momentary on button to the speaker leads. might need to use a couple resistors.

Active PA recommendations

after much deliberation and thought, i've finally decided to invest in an active pa monitor. basically i'm looking for afordable, portability, dependability, and clear sound. right now i've got an alesis keyboard amp (nice, clear sound, but doesn't get loud enough) and a crate bass amp (cheap, loud,...

Square Wave Parade Downgrade for sale

i am selling my square wave parade downgrade. it's a very nice little rate reducer, which are cool pedals that are hard to find. it works fine, just not as useful as i thought it would be and i need the cash. works really great with synth/ drum machines, and other signals, not as much in floops. $20...

MONDO Nocto Loco?

has anyone used the Mondo nocto loco? it looks really cool, but seem like if you had all those octave channels turned up, you could overload the signal and just get mush. views on the standard version (while i'm sure have been voiced on this board already) are welcomed too.

thanks for the post(s)... Is this the Alesis effect you were referring to?: http://www.zikinf.com/_gfx/matos/dyn/large/alesis-guitarfx.jpg yup, that's it. looks nice as they don't lump all the "modular" effects in one parameter, so you can have multiple mod effects going on, unlike my zoom. i might...

i have a zoom 505II and really like it. it's more useful than a boss me50 i had. very compact, nice effects, and cheap. there is a new alesis pedal that looks just like it but has a bitcrusher on it too. (think alesis and zoom are same-ish company now) as long as you don't treat it like shit, it sho...

Jesus titty fucking christ! That page rocks!

I just got a toy megaphone too, but i'm thinking of rehousing it before I really bend it as it's all curvy and hard to mount stuff.

Thanks again!

casio sk1 bending tips

my friend is giving me his old sk1. i know these things are circuit bending gold, but i was wondering if anyone had any tips on bends and mods. i've tried searching around for some bend schematics online, but have only found one on a video output and a pitch bend. also, is there anything i have to w...

am radios are pretty bendable. i have a little portable one with some contact points on it that's pretty awsome. the other cool thing about am is that is picks up lots of interferance. try taking a small portable one and holding it around different places on tv's, computers, or your noise set up.

worn out speaker?

i have a peavey kb/a 60 keyboard amp i got about half a year ago from a friend for cheap. one problem i've noticed is that the sound is kinda bassy and muddled. i have to set the eq with the low end cut and the high end boosted to get a decently clear sound. someone said this might be a problem with...

power amp question

i'm been thinking about getting a 300-400 watt bass power amp for shows. my question is do i need to get an amplifier head that matches the watts of the cabinet? for instance would an amp head like the one in the link below work for a 400 cab or would it only be able to have it push 200 watts max ou...
