I don't know, I think listening to noise helps me deal with my anxiety problems sometimes. It drowns out all of the shit in my head, helps me focus, get shit done. Making noise , on the other hand - I'm chain smoking cigarettes and nearly shaking by the time I'm done recording. Not a great way to re...
