Re: how do you justify what you play

why should anyone else give a fuck if you don't? .... like masturbating, which is fine but not recommended in public. interesting. well, i did do this for the sake of wanting to experiment and getting out from social norms. i want to push the boundaries of sound. but then again.. not many people ap...

Re: how do you justify what you play

Short answer: IDGAF. I do it for myself. absolutely true. peoples around me had asked why i choose to make noise when i could play and made normal song/composition. in all honesty i do it just for myself. this is (one from couple reasons) what i love about this genre is that you do not need to give...

how do you justify what you play

personally i don't give a single damn fuck about it (plus, where i live this is not really an issue). There's a slang being going around for couples years now (or probably longer than that) of the label 'hipster'. well, in this context of discussion i would say that the label could be generalized as...

Re: Tetsuo: The Iron Man (1989) Movie and OST

kinda late for discussion but fuck yeah! Tetsuo the Ironman was awesome! absolutely cyber-punk and violently abstract as fuck. i don't know if this is true or not but i think that Tetsuo character from the manga Akira by Katsuhiro Otomo probably derived its inspiration from this particular movie. th...

Re: built in effect.

Just be sure to not put the table too close to the edge of the stage 6Ooryf25rk0 lol, that's a bummer. fuck with this table invention, i'm gonna used a double sided tape instead. phaser on the right tit , metalzone on the left tit and a single coil pickup on my armpit. that'll work. now that is a n...

Re: built in effect.

at least when i want to fuck i dont need to bent down onto the floor to get to the pedalboard. There's this new fangled invention called the table  you might want to check out, I've been using it for a while now, and combined with another thing called the couch  I find I have a much mor...

Re: built in effect.

This is as good as you're gonna get. Before you go cutting and desoldering shit, go buy some alligator clips, some hookup wire, and a wire stripper. Practice soldering with those, connecting the clips to the wire. Open the guitar, and snip the wire that's connected to the guitar output, leave a goo...

Re: built in effect.

could be linked to the same output. I think there's a lot of guitar mods that have yet to be experimented with and I'm definitely going to delve yes, that is what i want to do, a system that linked to one output. have some idea in mind but still struggling with the effect part :chin: . do share you...

Re: built in effect.

As far as electronics fuckery goes, this one would be an easy starting point, any recipe that you could share with me about that. simple schematic or idea to fuck that shit up (electronic/wiring wise) . this is my main concerned as of right now. multiple experimentation is not a suited option becau...

built in effect.

Christian Blandhoel's (of Ijin) genius work on guitar mods had inspired the fuckk out of me. To be honest, i'd always prefer using guitar as the place for me to fuck instead of multiple effect pedals (give me more room to jump and fuckk around) . here's the genius insta: https://www.instagram.com/bl...

Re: [DIVINE FOLLY] i fucking did it

Get a better external mic. It shouldn't be too hard for you to find a stereo mic with a much better dynamic response than your laptop's built in mic. I don't know what your options are for shopping for such things where you are but there should be something better available. You might also consider...

Re: [DIVINE FOLLY] i fucking did it

It might help to know how you recorded it in the first place? As far as improving the existing recording.. it sounds pretty thin and mostly hi frequency. So making adjustments to EQ to bring out the mid and low end frequencies might help. for this one i recorded it with my crappy laptop mic. it's s...

[DIVINE FOLLY] i fucking did it

during my earlier involvement i rely heavily on computer (audacity) to edit/create my track. It was cool but it lost that sense of 'free improv' and after a while i try to stop creating noise with computer tools. It was hard because i'm working with a very minimal gear. This is my fellow internet fr...

HELP!

i was doing my first pedal bending.. i was trying to make some sort of light based theremin. somehow i messed up and accidentally solder the tip of my penis onto a photoresistor  ... how do one removed it. I'm too afraid to re-melt the lead - the first time was too painful and i'm still trauma...
