I always liked the Boss Metal Zone, but really just too "polite" sounding for distortion imo, nice range of control over shaping the tone though. Death Metal was sick, but mine was ON even when it was "off". interested to know if anyone has used the MXR Fullbore Metal? guitarists all seem to hate it...

er, um... happy belated birthday? SO young... and I remember when I turned 18 that was still the legal drinking age here in Texas, but a year or two later it was increased to 21, so I had the opportunity to turn legal twice. not that it mattered, I had been buying alcohol since I was I 16. :twisted:
